I am happy to give a testimonial, because I really am happy to be a non smoker. As you know, I have been a on & off again smoker for years. Knowing what harm I was doing to myself, yet being able to justify it. I was looking for someone to help me quit smoking, in Sydney for ages.
Also, since I’m a fitness coach it was totally incongruent with my career, now I don’t need to lie to myself or other people. It’s made me a better coach.

Yes, I would be very happy to share my experience. Since my secession with you three months ago I have not had one cigarette. I have had time when I wanted one, after dinner, while I’m having a drink, but somehow I now have the ability to withstand that urge and simply go on enjoying my life.
